Wrote data-sharing and retention policies aligned with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and Jordan's data protection law.
Ran vulnerability assessments and worked with data owners across departments on remediation.
Helped investigate security events, analyze threat intelligence, and review configurations with the threat management team.

The university years involved a lot of Linux terminals and figuring things out for real clients.

Set up and hardened Ubuntu servers with Fail2Ban, SSH keys, passwords and TOTP, OpenVPN, and automated backups.
Built Python authentication bots, managed real-time databases, and tested WordPress sites for security issues.
Deployed online stores on Shopify, Zid, and Salla, including payments and technical SEO.

2020 · Remote

Before the servers, there were gaming PCs. I cared a lot about those last few milliseconds.

Tuned Windows services, power plans, and settings to reduce latency.
Configured BIOS settings, overclocked and undervolted hardware, and stress-tested CPU, GPU, and RAM stability.
Tracked down driver problems and used clean installations to resolve performance issues.
